COMBO PACK: HOF plate modular digital instructions and parts lists

Build your LEGO city just like Hall of Fame Builder! These digital instructions help you create sturdy bases for your modular buildings that fit seamlessly with HOFBuilder roads and other products. 

The bases for LEGO modulars come in 4 distinct types. This combo pack provides digital instructions and parts lists for all 4. Each of these also is available separately.

Also included in each set are instructions for a custom fire hydrant. The corner modular includes instructions for building a crosswalk with a custom crosswalk signal.

These are designed to integrate with official LEGO sets as noted (not included).
