HOF plate 16x32 standard X2 digital instructions and parts list

Build your LEGO city just like Hall of Fame Builder! These digital instructions help you create a sturdy base for your modular buildings that fits seamlessly with HOFBuilder roads and other products. Base is 32 studs square (or 10 inches by 10 inches), divisible into two 16x32 sections if desired.

This set is specifically designed for a standard modular building (sidewalk on one side) that can be split into two like-size buildings. The instructions also include an optional custom fire hydrant.
